Inspired by the vanguard, the Panamá Financial Tower’s design exemplifies contemporary trends in global architecture. The conceptual idea is create an internationally recognizable corporate project whose iconic design will redefine the Panamá City. The tower will stand as a proud symbol of Panamá’s contribution to the global environment. Within the tower sustainable technologies will be employed; such as passive and active cooling/heating mechanisms, natural light and ventilation, and recycling systems. Eco-friendly materials and finishes adapted to the tropical setting will also be found throughout the interiors of commercial and office spaces. The Financial Tower also proposes new public spaces that will transform the immediate surroundings of Avenida Balboa/Cinta Costera and the area adjacent to the Santo Tomás hospital.
