Situated on 600 feet of pristine beachfront, One Hotel South Beach celebrates nature with graceful twists of driftwood furnishings and an abundance of natural materials.
1 Hotel South Beach occupies an entire city block on Collins Avenue and offers unparalleled views of the Atlantic Ocean, Miami’s natural paradise, Biscayne Bay, and Downtown Miami’s ever-expanding skyline.
The project is comprised of 163 residential units that will range in size from 830 to 4,280 square feet with private terraces. Residences have been retrofitted with new energy efficient casement windows and sliding glass doors. Other luxuries offered to residence owners include four ocean view swimming pools (one of which is its famous rooftop pool), a more than 40,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, great restaurants, fabulous shopping, and lavish 24-hour in-home dining and concierge services.
Additionally, there are 426 hotel rooms. Their walls are lined with reclaimed driftwood, framing spectacular ocean views. Whether guests come for business or pleasure, they slumber in lush organic cotton sheets and can conduct any work on beautiful live edge wood desks.
