Five firms team up to design first Four Seasons in Fort Lauderdale
Fort Partners is developing the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Fort Lauderdale. Upon completion in 2020, the development will have 90 private residences and 130 guestrooms. Four Seasons will manage both the hotel and the residences. The 22-story oceanfront property will have hotel rooms on the fourth through the 11th floors, while the residences begin on the fifth floor.
