Must be professional in appearance and demeanor. Highly reliable and punctual. Strong communication skills and bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Relay calls to appropriate parties and take detailed messages
- Greet and direct clients and visitors
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Call and arrange for repair and maintenance vendors
- Control and maintain inventory relevant to reception area
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries – Ensure arriving materials are delivered promptly
- Assists administration department as directed
