Empire World Towers is a mixed-use complex comprising of two Miami modern architecture inspired 93-story towers; surpassing the Four Seasons Hotel and Tower as the tallest buildings in Miami. With a height of 1,010 ft (366m) Empire World Towers will be on of the top 30 tallest structures in the world. When completed this iconic project located in downtown Miami will be home to 1,557 luxury residential units, commercial offices, retail shops and parking garage. The complex boasts oval shaped towers designed to reflect the MiMo architecture for which Miami is known. The two high rise towers joined by three air bridges are ideally situated on the bustling Biscayne Boulevard with unobstructed views to Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach and the Atlantic Ocean.
